1845 Distilling Company Preemption Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey Cookie with Chocolate Chips

One of our cookies made with Preemption bourbon from 1845 Distilling Company in Lowry Crossing, Texas.  This is one of our favorite bourbons.  The flavor of the bourbon really stands out in these cookies with hints of black tea, cinnamon, citrus and floral.These cookies have two kinds of chocolate chips; dark chocolate and milk chocolate.  Opening the package will fill your nose with the flavors of the bourbon; vanilla, caramel and cherry cola.
