Balcones Distilling Baby Blue Blue Corn Whisky Cookies with Chocolate Chips

One dozen of our chocolate chip cookies with Baby Blue Whiskey from Balcones Distillery in Waco, Texas.  Blue corn is one of our favorite flavors, and if you like it too, then these cookies won’t disappoint; the flavors of the whiskey are a perfect complement to the flavors already in the cookie, adding an aroma or kettle corn, cinnamon and nutmeg and coffee and flavors of tropical fruit and apricot along with tea, cotton candy and chilis.
