Iron Root Republic Promethean Bourbon Cookie with Chocolate Chips

A cookie made with Promethean bourbon from Iron Root Republic distillery in Denison, Texas.  When you open the package, you will smell tobacco and smoked fig aroma.  The candied prunes with chocolate and a hint of cayenne powder blend perfectly with the cookie and the two kinds of of chocolate chips to give the cookie an incredible flavor.
