Cookies made with Horse Neck Kentucky Bourbon with Sherry Finish.  If you like Kentucky bourbon, you will love these cookies!  The flavor is a little lighter than Texas bourbon, but the flavors are definitely there.  When you open the package, you will smell a nice rye spice along with toasted oak and notes of the sherry.

Once you bite into the cookie, you will taste almond and walnut with subtle floral flavors and maple, topped off with the sherry flavors.  This is not a cookie to miss.
