Spirit of Texas Pecan Street Rum Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

One dozen rum raisin oatmeal cookies.  Adding rum to oatmeal raisin cookies takes them to another level.  Adding Pecan Street Rum elevates them even more.  The rum is aged with Texas pecans, and that flavor really comes through along with caramel, maple, banana and butterscotch.  The aroma of the pecans is nice, but not overwhelming and adds a rich nuttiness to the cookie.
