One of our cookies made with Pfluger Single Malt Whiskey from Spirit of Texas Distillery in Plugerville, Texas. The toastiness and sweetness of the whiskey are immediately obvious when you open the package, along with a nice floral aroma and just a hint of banana bread. The vanilla and dark chocolate flavors of the whiskey combine really well with the flavors in the cookie. There is just a hint of spiciness with cinnamon, pepper and allspice from the whiskey.
