Snowball Cookies

These cookies are known by many names; Mexican Wedding Cookies, Russian Wedding Cookies, Danish Wedding Cookies, Sand Tarts, or as we call them, Snowball cookies.

Either way, these cookies are simple; butter and powdered sugar.  We level up our cookies by using the best butter we can.  Then we add booze, as much as we can squeeze into a small cookie.

These cookies are perfect any time of the year, but are perfect during the holidays.
