1845 Distilling Company Preemption Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey Pound Cake

The fine people at 1845 Distilling Company make some of the best bourbon.  The walls of their tasting room are filled with awards.  There is definitely a reason.  It doesn't hurt that this small grain-to-glass distillery is owned and operated by some of the best people we know.

Our bourbon has almost a half of bottle of bourbon in and on it and the cake weighs in at more than four pounds, and will slice easily into sixteen slices.  It is perfect for a holiday gathering, a small gathering of your closest friends, or when you are just really hungry.

This freezes really well, so if you don't finish it right away, you can always have it later.
