Iron Root Republic Harbinger Bourbon Whiskey Pound Cake

Our bourbon pound cake is made with the best ingredients we can get our flour-dusted hands on; pasture-raised eggs, European style butter and the best bourbon.  This cake has Iron Root Republic's Harbinger Bourbon Whiskey.  This bourbon clocks in at 115 proof and every bit of that shines through in the cake.

Our bourbon cake has almost a half of bottle of bourbon in and on it and the cake weighs in at more than four pounds, and will slice easily into sixteen slices.  It is perfect for a holiday gathering, a small gathering of your closest friends, or when you are just really hungry.

This freezes really well, so if you don't finish it right away, you can always have it later.
