Small Iron Root Republic Promethean Bourbon Cookies with Chocolate Chips

Cookies made with Harbinger bourbon from Iron Root Republic distillery in Denison, Texas.  This bourbon clocks in at 115 proof.  When you open the package, you will smell the maple, the orange marmalade and the fruit aroma.  The red fruits, baking spices and dark sugars blend perfectly with the cookie and the two kinds of of chocolate chips.
