Spirit of Texas Brewstillery Pecan Street Rum Pound Cake

Our rum pound cake is made with the best ingredients we can get our flour-dusted hands on; pasture-raised eggs, European style butter and the best rum.  In this case, it Pecan Street Rum from Spirit of Texas Brewstillery located in Pflugerville, Texas.  It's the same in our popular Rum Raisin Oatmeal cookies and is one of the best rums we know of.  The cake has almost a half a bottle of rum in and on the cake.

Our rum cake weighs in at more than four pounds, and will slice easily into sixteen slices.  We top it off with toasted Texas pecans.  It is perfect for a holiday gathering, a small gathering of your closest friends, or when you are just really hungry.

This freezes really well, so if you don't finish it right away, you can always have it later.
