Iron Root Republic Distillery

If you travel from Dallas toward Oklahoma along US 75, you will pass by Iron Root Republic Distillery in Denison.  Founded after the family decided to throw out existing careers in favor of learning how to distill spirits, the distillery opened in 2014.  This is a family affair, with brothers Robert and Jonathan handling many of the production duties, mother Marcia running the business and father John (known affectionately as "Intern John" filling in everywhere else.
