Spirit of Texas Brewstillery

Located just north of Austin in the small town of Pflugerville, the Spirit of Texas is a labor of love for Shaun and his family, and really for all of the people who work there and for all of the people who come to this distillery on weekends.  The distillery itself was started in 2009 and is definitely a labor of love.

This distillery features not only whiskey, but also rum, and their Pecan Street Rum continues to be a favorite .  Check out their website and if you are in the area, be sure to pop in for some live music on many weekends.
