It all started a couple of years ago with the dream of creating the perfect chocolate chip cookie for a catering client and the need to bribe software developers to learn new things. From there, we modified recipes to include alcohol. But unlike some recipes that contain a tablespoon or two of bourbon, whiskey or rum, we wanted to make the flavor of the spirit a centerpiece of the flavor, so you can taste every subtle flavor.

As proof of this, our large chocolate chip bourbon cookies contain almost a half of shot of bourbon. You can smell the bourbon when you open the package.

We use only fresh ingredients and only the best that we can find; pasture raised eggs, European-style butter, Madagascar vanilla. Each cookie is baked to order. Make sure that you enjoy the aroma when you open the package.
